Like a Restaurant,

"My husband orders this dish from a local Thai restaurant all the time. They serve theirs with pita/pancakes instead of lettuce and their sauce is MUCH sweeter than this one. I thought I'd surprise him with making it at home. He LOVED it! He said it was much better and we'd save the $12 for the restaurant dish.
One change I made was to use already-grilled chicken breast (I cook ahead a lot). I cubed the chicken up and continued with the recipe by letting it sit in the soy sauce/cornstarch slurry. I also added chopped cashews as an optional topping, as that's how our restaurant does it.
Fabulous!! A keeper recipe."
