"Bruschetta is a dialectal term for bread toasted and rubbed with garlic. One could put anything on the bread such as chicken livers and cold cuts among many other things that are placed on toast. It is too late but the word is crostini. This is a simple recipie easy to follow and the way most people are familiar.. and its very tasty!!!!!"
