Nice damper with a little editting,

"I made the damper yesterday and when I read the direction, there is an additional half a cup of water of which not mentioned in the ingredient list. Anyway, I added the water at the end but I found the dough too soft for kneading. I just added about half a cup of flour to make it 'fold-able'.
Nevertheless, the taste of the damper was aromatic and the texture is close to scone. I ate it without banana and golden syrup since the damper has already got beautiful flavour and sweet enough to my taste. Very nice for morning tea."
