Lime Curry: oh yes!,

"The flavors in this lime curry were simply wonderful. Leave plenty of time for the cooking preparation. It's not hard, but there's a lot to do. Good kaffir lime leaves and fresh, juicy limes are essential. At first, this seemed to produce a more liquid curry than I expected, but it cooked down with some high heat and additional time in the wok. Our family agreed that this recipe goes on the list of favorites for the regular rotation. Excellent!"
