Directions a little vague, but delicious anyway,

"I am familiar with this dish in restaurants and will say that this recipe will give you effectively the same extremely delicious dish. That said, there were a few parts I found rather vague for a non-Japanese speaker and had to guess. 1) There are several types of Dashi, apparently, and guessed on a box which said "Dashi No Moto". It had a seafood scent and worked fine as far as I can tell. 2) There appear to be scallions in the picture, but none were mentioned in the recipe. 3) Cooking times were very vague. Again, though, it was a lot simpler to make this dish than it seemed and the flavor was awesome."
