In response to the other review of this recipe... I disagree completely that tofu salad cannot be Japanese food. It sounds like you haven't actually been to Japan yourself, right? Modern Japanese cuisine has a lot of Western influence, and tofu salad is commonly eaten in Japan.
(Not to mention I don't think tofu could ever taste like mozarella cheese...)"
