"This sauce is perfect for huevos rancheros, and it's super easy and quick to make but it tastes like it took a lot of time and effort. I've made it several times and when I make it for my son, I just omit the pepper. And I always throw it in the processor or blender and pulse it just a few times to make it look and spread nicer over eggs."
