"Tasty, so easy and brilliant! The family wanted more instead of the dinner to follow this entree. Served with light and dark soy mixed with chopped fresh chilli. I only used the egg white and 1 tblspn chau hsing wine instead of the chilli oil. Quicker and less messy than steaming. Thanks About.com"
