Love this spice from scratch,

"Thank you for your wonderful introductory articles on the basics of Indian cuisine. I really enjoy Indian food and would like to learn how to prepare special dishes for my own family. This recipe for garam masala is wonderful. I love being able to control the proportions according to my own tastebuds!"
