"Very good, but I find the mustard and vinegar a little too overpowering. I substituted a good bottled Ilalian dressing, (robust is better). I poured it over the sprouts while still hot and let it set till main meal was ready. Makes a great side dish and delicious warm or cold. I omited the butter and served it as a warm/cold salad instead. If sprouts are too big, cut them in halve. YUMMO"
