Tasty and easy to make!,

"Easy to prepare, great flavor! Tiny bacon cubes can be used instead of chourizo/chouriço/linguiça and smoked paprika (portuguese colorau) gives it a more 'reddish colour'.
On the frying pan where I prepared the onions/peppers/etc... I fried rice. It works great as a side dish!
