Not worth the effort,

"This dish was good and a nice change of pace, but I'm not sure if it was worth all the advance preparation time needed. If you follow the recipe exactly as written the chicken will be undercooked and the zucchini will be hard. I cooked it a little longer than the times stated. There is also no mention of what to do with the plum tomatoes. I added them to the dish when I added the zucchini. The sauce was very thick with all that cornstarch. If I make it again I will cut down on the cornstarch."
