Amazingly easy......so delicious!,

"I found this recipe on Carol Peligrinelli's website several years ago and have made it more times than I can count. It's really easy and the results are amazing. Whervever I have brought it, it disappears in a very short time and everyone wants the recipe.
I did shorten the times in each of the steps as my first attempt using the recipe timing resulted in burnt sugar/corn syrup mixture. I also melt the chocolate chips in a 200 degree oven for a couple of minutes and then spread the chocolate around on the foil covered cookie sheet. I had no idea how simple it was to make peanut brittle!"
