Perfect! Finally!,

"I have tried about 10 different meringue recipes, and they always shrink. This is the first recipe I've tried that actually makes meringues of the same airy, crispy quality I can get in stores! Ms. Fishbein isn't kidding when she says beat for 15 minutes! Thank you!!"
