"This was the first recipe I found on the net on fortune cookies, and I decided I'd just go for it. Very easy to make, and they taste delicious! I read the tips and used two cookie sheets. When I would finish with one sheet I tossed it into the freezer to cool it down while the other sheet was baking. I will definitely be making these again."
