awesome burger recipe,

"I have cooked dozens of gourmet/fancy burgers and this one is great, I like spicy food so this one is perfect for me, I modified the recipe a bit to kick it up a notch but you can also make these burgers mild by limiting the amount of Jalapenos you use. To add a bit more of a bite I sautee' fresh sliced onions (red or yellow) and extra fresh sliced jalapeno's in a bit of olive oil, let them carmalize and then plop them on top of the burger just after melting the cheese (I prefer pepper jack in keeping with the extra punch!) and removing them from the grill, DELICIOUS!!!"
