"The flan cake was so delicious! I made it and took it to a family gathering and everybody loved it. The one thing I would have to say, is that when you take it out of the oven you should let it cool completely or put it in the fridge. The first time I made it I let the pan cool, and then put it on a plate and the flan broke apart, but it was still good to eat. The second time I made it I let it cool, then put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes and when I put it on a plate the flan was nice and firm. I definately plan on making this again."
