Mmmm! dumplings,

"This recipe makes some mean dumplings. I make a double recipe and freeze most of them. Then I can enjoy the fruits of my labors many times before I have to make them again. I admit it is no small task to make them, but they are worth it. To go with the dumplings, I like to make some tasty sauce:
1 T. each light soy, dark soy, and rice vinegar 1/2 t. sugar 1/4 t. minced garlic 1/4 t. minced ginger 4 drops hot chili oil"
