Ok, but a bit boring,

"Chicken breast dishes can be boring, but the danger with this one is that the chicken becomes dry and the sauce doesn't have a lot of flavor. The color is amazing and it has potential but needs a little tweaking. Perhaps searing the breasts whole then cutting them up?"
