Even with missing ingredients, a winner!,

"I made this today, a rainy day that felt perfect for soup. I was a little afraid of how it would turn out, because my grocery did not have lime leaves, or even fresh lemongrass or red chilis (for those two I had to get the kind that squirts out of a tube - yuck!). I have to say, despite these obstacles, this soup was out of this world! It was so flavorful, and so easy to make. I added cherry tomatoes (chopped in half), a whole package of mushrooms and chopped shrimp. Fabulous!"
