Saturday night, very special, January 20, 2008

"My friend suggested this dish, and we made it together for our Saturday evening meal.
It is the first time I have ever done Cornish hens. We used frozen blueberries (it is mid-January as I write).
Everything worked fine.
We prepared it all together.
Next time, we will prepare the garlic and the blueberry sauce beforehand.
We served simple basmati rice and mixed vegetables.
We had Pinot Grigio.
Enjoyed it immensely.
The garlic-honey would go well with another dish, like steak."
