"A friend and I get together quarterly to make a meal using all new recipes. We decided to do a Maple-Glazed Pork Loin with Oven-Roasted Red Skin Potatoes, along with this Green Bean recipe. We absolutely loved this recipe! It is very easy to prepare, and tastes great. I toasted the pine nuts in the oven at 450 for just a few minutes (watch very carefully). They can also be toasted in a skillet on top of the stove."
