"I am currently more of a recipe collector than a cook as I have not yet gotten over my fears of lots of ingredients or techniques that I don't already know.
This recipe is easy and the results are well beyond what I expected. The peaches were excellent on the grill. The sea scallops were not difficult to cook to proper doneness and the peppers were very tasty.
Try this recipe, even if you are new to cooking. Do soak the skewers in water for about 30 minutes before using them to prevent them burning on the grill. And it is a good idea to start and end the skewer with the red pepper, which stays sturdy with the heat, so that nothing tries to slip off the end when you lift it off of the grill."
