"These are really yummy cookies! I made them with Solo brand blueberry, raspberry and apricot fillings. I tried the poppyseed but it was disgusting! The only tip I have is that when you fold the corners over, you need to flatten the cookie and press to seal the corners. These do not flatten on their own so if you just fold them together as directed, they are more canoli shaped and they pop open. So, fold them over and flatten them to secure the seam. I found that 1/2 tsp. of filling was plenty."
