"in Bengal, this mix is sometimes made by substituting the mustard seed with a very rare spice called radhuni, or wild celery seed. You are unlikely to be able to get hold of this spice, but ordinary celery seed is an acceptable substitute. And unlike mustard seed, is very unlikely to jump out of the hot fat when frying."
