Pear Freezer Jam,

"This was easy to make. There is one thing that needs to be added to step 1 and that is to core the pears by slicing them into quarters and cut out the core. I think that when I make it again I will add nutmeg or cinnamon. I used a blender when adding the pectin and sugar. (Much faster and less dishes to clean.) The taste can be varied by the type of pear used."
