Smooth and Creamy and Not to over- powering,

"I love this cake even though I am not a huge fan of Non-baked Cheesse cakes but this one was Fantastic and it was like I was eating air it was light, smooth and creamy and the Green tea powder was a delightful tastebud tingler as it was slightly bitter but not over powering. It was a pleasure to try this cake.
One question why is it considered rare?"
