One of our favorite dishes! So easy & quick!!,

"I've been making this dish "Poulet au cidre doux" for quite a while and we love it. My husband is French & says that it's as good as anything my Belle-Mere makes.
The only difference is that I first brown the chicken in butter w/ sea salt & ground pepper & a little bit of cidre. I then take the chicken out & set it aside while I sautee the onions. I then put the chicken back in , cover with cidre & let it reduce.
it's wonderful!"
