"Yum! Easy to make and we just taste-tested the first warm , just out of the oven piece with a little butter. SO delicious! Husband and I are looking forward to having it as buttered toast, egg sandwich bread, ham sandwich bread, a nice snack maybe with hummus. I am not sure if I put too-hot water in with my yeast or too much flour, but regardless, I love how it came out--a nice, dense, moist, flavorful bread. Modifications were I finely chopped fresh onion since I did not have dried, and I used dried dill weed leaves instead of seeds. I will have fresh dill this spring/summer and will dry that and use it this year intead of letting it all go to seed. or will use the seeds for bread!"
