This Sweet and Sour Chicken Rocks,

"This was outstanding. As good if not better than the restraunts. We used breast. The sauce was still great even though I didnt have the red vinegar wine( we sub'd regular vinegar and did not have red food coloring, It still tasted great and actually looked good too. I also added a touch of ginger powder to sauce for taste). It was great. I never realized how easy it was to make this. just follow these instructions, make sure your oil is real hot and that you take the chicken out after the breading is slightly browned. The longer it is in the crunchier it is. 5 out of 5 stars. cant wait to do it again.... Really made me think how some restraunts jack us with all the extra breading and not enough good quality chicken. After making my own with the breasts, i realized true quality. Enjoy over some steamed rice...."
