Yorkshire Pudding, June 7, 2009

"I made these Yorkshire Puddings for the first time tonight. I had my sister and two brothers over for a roast beef dinner. The crowning jewel of the dinner was the puddings. They came out perfect puffed high and golden brown. The taste was wonderful. We all fought over our share. None where left.
This is a easy recipe to make, my sister wrote it out and will be making them this week.
