"There are three things that I always have on hand: dukkah, clarified butter, and vegetable broth. If I work late and I don't feel like really cooking, I can always have some pasta cooked in some of the broth topped with a little of the butter (which I also sometimes add a little olive oil to when I'm naking it) and sprinkled with the dukkah"
