wonderful robust flavours!,

"We liked the texture and the robust flavours of this unusual curry. I did it with chicken but it would be fabulous with beef or lamb.
I would recommend leaving the curry overnight to allow the flavours to meld. The leftovers the next day tasted even better because the spices had infused and the spice flavours were had mellowed. Thank you Darlene for another winner."
