"This is a very easy and delicious recipe. It's a new and different way to use okra. Marinating the bell pepper along with the chicken gives the dish a very good flavor. I thought perhaps the okra would HAVE to be seasoned, but there is just enough seasoning without any salt! Since I did not have fresh okra at the time, I used frozen okra that had been defrosted---works just as well."
