Close but not quite,

"I was trying to emulate a recipe at Harey Carey's in Chicago...this recipe had all the ingredients that I was told about (was given only a list) and even more...I tried it as is. Heavy on the spices. I made it a second time and left out the cumin, cardamon, nutmeg, fish and soy sauces, coriander and basil and came up with the recipe I was looking for. Simple...also used Japanese cooking wine to glacee the sauteed onion, ginger and garlic...perfect!"
