"This recipe is a great way to get kids to eat nutrient rich berries. You can easily vary the recipe by substituting strawberries or blueberries and by using yoghourt in place of the buttermilk. A splash of lemon juice will sharpen the berry taste. You can give it a more adult taste by using light sour cream - which may also increase the calories.
A very easy recipe suitable for kids to make."
