Best sizzling rice soup recipe out there.,

"The rice part can be difficult, but tastes great! I have been eating this soup from many Chinese restaurants for over 25 years and this recipe beats most that I've tried. I love putting snowpeas, carrots, steak, chicken, pork and shrimp. I learned if you cook the steak on low heat in soy sauce in a pan with the lid on, it comes out perfect to cut up in the soup. All other meats I cook with the ginger root."
