"This is the receipe my nonna made every Saturday
when I was a little girl.After the Brodo was done we would eat the bollito for lunch. Nonna Teresa was from Monte Leone
de Spoleto in Umbria and was a wonderful cook. This is by far the the first time I have seen her receipe in print
I am thankful to pass this receipe on to my daughter
Cristina who is 17 years old and loves to go see her bis
nonna who is 96 years old.
