Great Lemon Cookies,

"I have been making this recipe for years and love it! The cookies are chewy and delicious. I am not a lover of lemon but these cookies are so light and such a good flavor, I can't help but enjoy them . Being so easy to make, you can't help but consider these when you are making different batches. There is also a chocolate cookie using cake mix that is good."
