OK but Messy,

"First of all, these need more sugar. With the tartness of the lemon zest and juice, plus the blueberries, they need to be sweeter. Second, when they rose in the over, the lemon curd ran down the sides, into the muffin cup and on the muffin pan itself. I think maybe if the lemon curd were put in the middle of the batter, it may work better. The recipe said it would make 12 muffins and I didn't want to make more than that so I may have overfilled just a bit. These were tasty, just not sweet enough and a complete mess!"
