Great Variety of Lasagna,

"This dish was wonderful. I did subsitute very thin slices of red pepper for the corn, gave it some color and was a good blend. Next time I would increase the milk to 3 cups also increasing the butter and flour for the sauce as it was a bit dry. Be sure to check to be sure its not browning too much. I wish I had covered it the last 15 minutes or so. I took this to a potluck for a trial run for a dinner I am having in Nov. and it was a hit. Convienced me that it will be my main course in Nov."
