Very fast and easy, November 20, 2008

"I cut the apple pie filling up with my chopper in the bowl before I started and then just mixed it all by hand. I filled the muffins cups just 2/3 full and it made 24 that only needed to bake for 20 minutes.. I had put them in the paper liners since I was taking them to work, but they stuck to those a bit since there is no added fat in the recipe, next time I will spray the muffin tins and not use the paper cups. They were a hit and so easy to make before work, 10 minutes max."
