This fried rice recipe is a winner!!,

"I'll be honest, I'm not a big fan of fried rice; however, and with that said, my wife is!! She loves fried rice and complains that I don't make it often enough. So, last night I made Darlene's shrimp fried rice recipe and it was a hit! My wife smiled and had a little "happy dance" as she ate this yummy dish.
The recipe is simple and it's easy to make. I threw in a handful of peanuts, extra shrimp and an additional teaspon of Nam Prik Pao. The end result?? One happy wife!!
