My Fav Mexican Dish!,

"Wow, I was glad to see this one in my email box. This is truly my all time fav Mexican recipe and she has it just spot on!
When I used to travel to San Louis Potosi on business, I stayed at the finest hotel downtown and had this dish everyday. It was just that good! Unfortunately, I have never found it here in the states and had tried 2 other "authentic" recipes, but they were not even close to the taste of the real thing.
The recipe I tried on here is just perfect and I am so glad to have had it sent to my email. Needless to say, I will be making it for friends and family more and more so they can see what an authentic mexican fish dish taste like.
