Low Fat Colcannon,

"I had never made this dish before, and this was a delicious rendition! Even my fussy family loved it. I have never been able to entice them to eat cabbage before, and this recipe was a hit on St Patrick's Day.I served it alongside a corned beef I marinated my self using top round instead of brisket. It was a lovely and low fat meal. 2 thumbs up for this colcannon recipe!"
