Almost Perfect!,

"I first ate this in Tokyo in the home of some Okinawan Japanese. It is one of my favorite dishes. This recipe is very good, I made double the quantity and it turned out perfect. The few changes I made is that I don't pan sear the pork first as I feel this seals the meat so it is hard for the sauce to soak in."
