"I've fixed this for my family many times, and it has always been a hit. I like to cook it on the rotisserie of my gas grill and give it plenty of time for the juices to work their way to the surface and coat it with a delicious crust. This recipe is a good example of the excellent resource you'll find for barbecuing and grilling here."
