"This recipe turns out great! Beware, tons of work and even more waste. You end up filtering most of the ingredients in the end but the finished product is very good. I multiplied the recipe by 2.5 and canned the sauce and only ended up with 4 quarts. It thickens up nicely and the taste is worth the work. I left the liquid smoke out and the finished product could easily be altered to create more heat. I will use this recipe again this summer but can it in pints to get more for my work."
