BEST TURKEY EVER,

"This was the first time I used a brine for our annual Thanksgiving Turkey, and it was a huge hit. The orange & apple juice brought out the flavor of my fresh turkey and received rave reviews. One thing to note - a 23 pound turkey cooked in 3 hours (I was expecting it to take at least 4-1/2 so the brining does make it cook faster). I highly recommend for a flavorful, tender and delish bird."
