"this year for thanksgiving i was left in charge of making a turkey, i am only 23 years old so everyone expected it to not be very yasty. i brined a 20 pounder. it was so good! everyone bragged on it. there was no left overs. it was the best tasting turkey i have ever ate, every bite was just as good as the first. i am now in charge on making a turkey for christmas (usually a ham). very good!"
